I’ve just reordered this beautiful Ponte. It’s the perfect fabric for the Onyx trousers, a staple in my fall/winter wardrobe. As well, I’ve made 5 pairs Onyx for my DIL in various colours of this Ponte and several pairs of elastic waist flares fir my granddaughters, 10 and 8 years. A family fave.
I purchased the fabric to make the Eleanor dress. I have not gotten to it yet, but the fabric is beautiful. Nice weight, lovely drape, great color. I can’t wait to start sewing

Looking to sew something substantial? Jeans, coat overalls in your sewing future? You need this fabric! It's heavy without being stiff. It's going to put up with some rough wear, and look fantastic. I've purchased this twill in both Navy and Ivory and my only regret is that it doesn't come in more colours. It's wonderful fabric.
